限食联合药物治疗对代谢综合征的影响 被引量:1

Effects of food restriction combined with drug therapy on metabolic syndrome

摘要 目的研究限食联合药物治疗对于代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)患者血糖、血脂及血压的影响。方法将纳入的60例MS患者按随机数表法等分为对照组及试验组,两组均给予常规药物治疗,试验组在此基础上限制每日总热量摄入,对照组不严格限制饮食。结果经过2周治疗,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),与对照组比较,试验组FPG、2 hPG、DBP下降显著(P<0.01)。对照组及试验组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平较治疗前均下降,差异具有统计学意义,两组下降值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较治疗前升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组HDL-C、LDL-C较治疗前降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论短期内应用限食联合药物治疗对于降低MS患者血糖、舒张压水平有优势,对于调节血脂代谢紊乱无明显优势。 Objective To study the effects of food restriction combined with drug therapy on blood glucose,blood fat and blood pressure in metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods 60 MS patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table.Both groups were given conventional drug treatment.The total daily calorie was restricted in the experimental group and not strictly restricted in the control group.Results After 2 weeks'treatment,the FPG,2 hPG,SBP and DBP of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.01).The decrease of FPG,2 hPG and DBP in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of TC and TG in the control group and the experimental group were lower than those before the treatment and the difference was of statistical significance(P>0.05).The decreased difference of the two groups was not of statistical significance(P>0.05).HDL-C in the control group was higher than that before the treatment(P>0.05)and the difference was not of statistical significance.LDL-C level was significantly lower than that before the treatment and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).HDL-C and LDL-C of the experimental group were lower than those before the treatment and the difference was not of statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of food restriction and drug therapy in short-term has an advantage in reducing blood sugar and diastolic pressure of MS patients but has no significantadvantage in regulating blood lipid metabolism disorder.
