一起院校学员夏季7型腺病毒感染暴发的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on a summer outbreak of adenovirus type 7 infection of students in a military academy

目的通过对某部队院校一起夏季腺病毒感染疫情发生发展及防控过程的分析,为部队防控腺病毒提供参考。方法对2018年7月驻石家庄某部队院校发生的腺病毒疫情的发生经过、处置过程进行总结分析。结果所有12例腺病毒感染病例集中发生在2018年7月20-28日,未发生重症病例,主要临床症状为发热12例、咽痛12例、头痛6例,所有患者均于4天内康复。体系医院及时发现疫情,迅速通报部队院校有关部门,部队院校快速采取全面有效的防疫措施是迅速控制本次疫情的关键。本次疫情可能是学员在医院陪床期间被感染所致。结论部队人员外出到医院、商场等易被传染病感染区域时要加强自身防护,医疗单位要加强环境及室内空气消毒。

OBJECTIVE To provide a reference for the prevention and control of adenovirus infection in the army through analyzing the occurrence and development of a summer outbreak of adenovirus infection and the prevention and control process in a military college.METHODS This paper summarized and analyzed the occurrence and treatment of adenovirus infection outbreak in a military college in Shijiazhuang in Jul.2018.RESULTS All 12 cases of adenovirus infection occurred from Jul.20 th to 28 th,2018,and no severe cases occurred.The main clinical symptoms were 12 cases of fever,12 cases of pharynx pain and 6 cases of headache.All patients recovered within 4 days.The key to the rapid control of the epidemic outbreak was the prompt report of the epidemic situation to the relevant departments of military college,and quick response of the college by taking comprehensive and effective anti-epidemic measures.This outbreak is suspected to be caused by infection of a student during a hospital escort.CONCLUSION Military personnel should strengthen their own protection when going out to hospitals,shopping malls and other areas vulnerable to infectious diseases.Medical institutions should also strengthen environmental and indoor air disinfection.
