对标高标准国际经贸规则优化外商投资制度环境

Optimizing the Environment of Foreign Investment System by Looking up to the International Economic and Trade Rules of the Standard

美国等发达国家为了确保自身在国际经济竞争中的优势,谋求变革国际经贸规则,在政府决策透明度、电子商务、竞争中立、政府采购、知识产权保护、环境和劳工标准等方面,建立高水平的贸易投资自由化、便利化规则体系。本文在分析国际经贸规则变迁趋势的基础上,阐述其对中国吸收外资制度环境的影响,提出对标高标准国际经贸规则,优化外资营商环境的对策建议。

In order to ensure their own advantages in the international economic competition and change international economic and trade rules,developed countries such as the United States has established high-level trade and investment liberalization and facilitation regulating system in the government transparency in decision-making,e-commerce,competition neutrality,government procurement,intellectual property protection,environmental and labor standards.Based on analyzing the changes of international economic and trade rules,this paper researches its influence on the environment of China's foreign investment system,and puts forward the efforts to look up to international economic and trade rules and improve the foreign business environment in China.
