Research on Chinese Enterprises’ Investment in Vietnam under the Background of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area

中国企业赴越南投资起步较晚,但增长较快。“一带一路”倡议与越南“两廊一圈”战略的高度契合给中国企业赴越南投资带来新的机遇,但中国企业也面临政治、金融、安全等多重风险。因此,中国企业赴越投资应把握政策机遇,加强投资风险防范;加强市场调研,避免盲目投资;对内要搞好生产管理,承担必要的社会责任;对外要注重外部公关,处理好与当地行为主体的关系。

The starting of Chinese enterprises'investment in Vietnam is quite late,but the growth rate is pretty fast.The Belt and Road Initiative and Vietnamese“Two Corridors and One Circle”strategy are highly consistent,which brings new opportunities for Chinese enterprises to invest in Vietnam.However,Chinese enterprises also face multiple risks,such as political,financial and security risks.Therefore,Chinese enterprises should seize the policy opportunities to invest in Vietnam,strengthen the prevention of investment risks,reinforce market research and avoid blind investment.Internally,we must do a good job in production management and undertake necessary social responsibilities.Externally,we should pay attention to external public relations and deal with the relationship with local actors.
