摘要
针对电动汽车大转矩驱动和高负载率行驶的需求,选用控制灵活的双定子永磁同步电机(PMSM)为研究对象。为实现其控制,通过坐标变换建立电机在双同步旋转坐标系下的数学模型,并基于此模型提出双绕组电流控制策略。在此基础上,设计了以TMS320F28335数字信号处理器(DSP)为控制核心的数字化矢量控制器,完成了硬件和软件系统的研制。实验结果证明,该控制系统性能良好,稳定可靠,满足车用动力系统的要求。
According to the demand of vehicle for large torque and high load rate,dual-stator permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is choosen as research object.In order to realize the control of the system,the mathematical model of the double synchronous rotating coordinate system is established by coordinate transformation,and the control strategy is proposed based on the model.Then,a digital vector controller based on TMS320F28335 digital signal processor(DSP)is designed,and the hardware and software systems are completed.The experimental results show that the control system has good performance,stability and reliability,and meets the requirements of vehicle power system.
