摘要
三电平变频调速系统的电磁干扰很大程度取决于系统的高频寄生参数。寄生参数实验测量受外界影响严重,传统的传导干扰仿真难以保证精度。这里通过有限元软件Q3D提取器件的寄生参数,基于"场"和"路"相结合的思想,"路"的控制策略和"场"的电磁过程相结合,采用Simplorer与Maxwell场路协同仿真对变频调速系统的传导干扰进行研究,经实验验证,Q3D提取高频寄生参数更加稳定和精确,场路结合的方法对传导干扰的仿真分析比单纯电路软件仿真更加准确。
The electromagnetic interference of the three-level variable frequency speed control system is largely determined by the high frequency parasitic parameters in the system.The experimental measurement of parasitic parameters is seriously affected by the external environment and the traditional conducted interference simulation has large errors.The finite element software Q3D is used to extract the parasitic parameters of the device.The combination of the“field”and“road”ideas,the“road”control strategy and the“field”electromagnetic process are combined with the Simplorer and Maxwell field-path co-simulation.The conducted interference of the variable frequency speed control system is studied.lt is verified by experiments that Q3D extract the high frequency parasitic parameter is more stable and accurate.The field and path combination method is more accurate than the simple circuit software simulation.
