采用随机抽样对235名欠发达地区医学研究生进行问卷调查,并用spss 16. 0进行统计,通过此次调查分析研究生职业发展能力培养的现状和成因,提出几点提高研究生职业发展能力的对策,为高校研究生培养工作的开展提供可行性依据。

Using a simple random sample of 235 medical graduate students in less developed areas to survey and use spss 21. 0 for statistics, through this survey to analyze the current situation and causes of graduate professional development ability training, put forward a number of measures to improve the professional development ability of graduate students, to provide a feasible basis for the development of graduate training in colleges and universities.
