摘要
某军用组合传动发电机定期检查维修时,发现内部工作压力偏低,不满足使用要求。修理后进行性能试验时发现工作压力随工作液温度变化而变化,在特定条件下超出技术指标要求。本文通过组合传动发电机工作原理分析,对故障现象进行复验,制定此类故障应对措施,为后期同类故障分析与排除做参考。
When a military combined transmission generator is inspected and repaired regularly, it is found that the internal working pressure is too low to meet the requirements of operation. After repairing, it is found that the working pressure varies with the temperature of the working fluid, which exceeds the technical specifications under certain conditions. In this paper, through the analysis of the working principle of the combined transmission generator, the fault phenomenon is re-examined, and the corresponding measures for this kind of fault are formulated, which can be used as a reference for the analysis and elimination of similar faults in the later period.
