煤矿压风机远程自动化控制系统的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 我国煤矿多为井工开采,巷道掘进过程中使用大量的气动设备,压风机担负着矿井的压缩空气的生产任务,为风镐、风钻以及其它工具提供动能[1]。传统的单台独立控制、人工开停机的操作工艺,已经很难保证压缩空气的供气质量,也不利于对压风机的维护管理,为解决该问题,本文设计了基于PLC技术、计算机控制技术、网络技术、光纤通讯技术的压风机实现集中控制,通过采集处理电机电流、电压信号,温度、压力信号,实现压风机各种保护、报警、监控功能、风机的自动投入与退出。经过在贵州能发高山矿业有限公司实施,提高了矿井压风系统的自动化程度,提高了压风机运行的安全性、可靠性,提高了安全生产和管理水平,实现远程集中控制、实现无人值守,降低了工人劳动强度,大大提高了该矿压风机工效及生产管理水平。 Coal mines in our country are mostly mined by miners. A large number of pneumatic equipments are used in the roadway excavation process. Pressure fans are responsible for the production of mine compressed air,providing kinetic energy for air pick, pneumatic drill and other tools. The traditional single independent control and manual start-stop operation technology has been difficult to ensure the quality of compressed air supply and is not conducive to the maintenance and management of compressor. To solve this problem, this paper designs a compressor based on PLC technology, computer control technology, network technology, optical fiber communication technology to achieve centralized control. By collecting and processing motor current and voltage signals, temperature and pressure signals, the functions of protection, alarm, monitoring and automatic input and exit of pressure fan are realized. Through the implementation in Guizhou Nengfa Gaoshan Mining Co., Ltd., the automation degree of mine pressure air system has been improved, the safety and reliability of mine pressure air fan operation has been improved, the level of safety production and management has been improved, remote centralized control has been realized, nobody on duty has been realized, the labor intensity of workers has been reduced, and the mine pressure air has been greatly improved. Machinery efficiency and production management level.
