Analysis of Visibility Charac teristics of Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport

采用线性趋势分析等统计方法分析了揭阳潮汕国际机场(后面简称潮汕机场) 2012~2016年建场以来的能见度的变化特征,并分析影响能见度的主要天气现象和能见度的地方性特征。结果表明:潮汕机场近5年来的能见度整体在变好;而且能见度在夏季最佳,春季最差;能见度的日变化特征是在每天早上日出时最低,之后逐渐转好,在下午最好,在晚上凌晨时逐渐转差;大雾跟雨是导致潮汕机场低能见度的主要天气现象,其中雾占了低能见度总日数的86. 84%,年平均13. 2天;潮汕机场能见度小于1500m的情况的持续时间88. 9%在4小时以内,52. 8%在1小时以内。

This paper analyzes the changes in visibility of Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport since its establishment in 2012 ~ 2016, and uses statistical methods such as linear trend analysis. Analyze the main weather phenomena that affect visibility and the local characteristics of visibility. The results show that the visibility of Chaoshan Airport has improved in the past five years;the visibility is the best in summer and the worst in spring;the daily variation of visibility is the lowest at sunrise every morning, then gradually better, and the best in the afternoon. Heavy fog and rain are the main weather phenomena that cause low visibility of Chaoshan Airport. Among them, fog accounts for 86. 84 % of the total number of low visibility days, with an average annual rate of 13. 2 days. The duration of the Chaoshan airport visibility less than 1500 m is 88. 9 % within 4 hours and 52. 8 % within 1 hour.
