摘要
电商平台对形成于平台的争议的引导与分流具有天然的技术优势,应当根据互联网以及电子商务的特点建立互联网生态争议解决引导机制,及时、高效地将争议导入平台争议解决体系。该机制应当体现及时、便捷、清晰的原则,尊重电子商务主体的行为规律,强化用户服务协议的引导作用,明确争议解决显著标识,建立争议解决引导流程。
The e-commerce platform has natural technical advantages in guiding the disputes formed on the platform. The mechanism should be established according to the characteristics of the Internet and e-commerce. The mechanism should embody the principle of timeliness, convenience and clarity, respect the behavior law of the subject of e-commerce, strengthen the guiding role of user service agreement, clarify the significant logo of dispute resolution,and establish the guiding process of dispute resolution.
