新疆旅游产业与生态环境耦合机制

The Coupling Mechanism between Tourism Industry and Eco-environment in Xinjiang

在旅游产业转型换挡、全面推动生态环境保护的背景下,新疆面临着发展旅游产业和维护生态环境的双重挑战,促进二者协调发展是实现新疆经济增长的关键因素。通过计算旅游产业与生态环境耦合协调性,并且利用比较成本理论,对新疆旅游产业与生态环境进行实证分析。结果表明:新疆旅游产业与生态环境融合趋势明显,二者的耦合度保持在勉强协调的状态。因此,针对新疆旅游产业如何高质量发展提出四条建议:第一,提升旅游产业与生态环境耦合程度,协同发展;第二,找准旅游产业短板,弥补不足;第三,利用产业链优势,全力打造新形象;第四,加强信息化与数字化建设。

Under the background of the transformation of tourism industry and the overall promotion of ecological environment protection, Xinjiang is facing the double challenges of developing tourism industry and maintaining ecological environment, and the promotion of their coordinated development is the key factor to realize Xinjiang’s economic growth. This paper, by calculating the coupling and coordination between tourism industry and ecological environment, and using the comparative cost theory, made an empirical analysis of Xinjiang’s tourism industry and ecological environment. The results showed that the integration trend between tourism industry and ecological environment in Xinjiang was obvious, and their coupling degree was maintained in a state of weak harmony. Therefore, four tips were put forward on how to develop the tourism industry in Xinjiang with high quality. First, enhance the coupling between tourism industry and ecological environment and promote their coordinated development. Second, find out the short slab of tourism industry to make up;Third, make use of the advantages of the industrial chain to create a new image;Fourth, strengthen the construction of informatization and digitization.
