The Path of High-quality Development of Manufacturing Industry Driven by Innovation

以创新驱动制造业高质量发展是实体经济改革发展的关键,也是我国工业经济提质增效的关键。改革开放四十年来,我国制造业整体实力迅速壮大并跃升为世界第一制造大国,但是,从高质量发展的角度来看,我国与制造强国相比还有一定的差距。当前,新一轮科技革命来临,中美贸易摩擦倒逼制造业转型升级,必须实施制造强国战略和创新驱动战略,以创新驱动制造业高质量发展,为制造业创新打开新格局。以构建产业创新模式、推动制造业产业链与创新链对接、继续推进供给侧结构性改革为主要路径,提出加强创新引导、提高企业创新能力、深化互联网融合、重视人才供给、打造品牌创新和倡导绿色发展的对策建议。

Driving the high-quality development of manufacturing industry by innovation is the key to the reform and development of the real economy, and also the key to improving the quality and efficiency of China’s industrial economy. Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s manufacturing industry has grown rapidly and become the world’s largest manufacturing country. However, from the perspective of high-quality development, there is still certain gap between China and countries with strong manufacturing industry. At present, with the advent of a new round of scientific and technological revolution, the trade competition between China and the United States forces manufacturing industry to transform and upgrade. We must implement the strategy of manufacturing power and innovation-driven strategy, so as to drive the high-quality development of manufacturing industry by innovation and open up a new pattern for manufacturing innovation. This paper proposed to build a industrial innovation model, promote the docking of manufacturing industry-chain and innovation-chain and the Supply-side Structural Reform as the main path. At the same time, this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions, including strengthening innovation guidance, improving enterprise innovation ability,deepening Internet integration, emphasizing talent supply, building brand innovation and advocating green development.
