摘要
创新能力评价指标体系是反映创新能力的"显示器"和"方向灯"。本文从国家层面、区域层面、国家高新区层面及国家自主创新示范区自身层面,梳理和分析了这4类创新能力评价指标体系的框架结构及共性特征,并以此为基础,尝试提出了新时代郑洛新国家自主创新示范区创新能力提升的若干策略。
The innovation capability evaluation index system is a "display" and a "directional light" that reflect the innovation capability. From the levels of country, region, national hightech industrial development zone and national independent innovation demonstration zone, this paper combed and analyzed the framework structure and common features of these four types of innovation capability evaluation index system. Based on this, this paper attempted to put forward some strategies for improving the innovation capability of Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area in the new era.
