生态文明视域下五台山环境变迁与当代修复

Environmental Changes and Contemporary Restoration of Wutai Mountain from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

近年来,国家大力倡导生态建设。五台山生态修复是黄河中下游所包括的京、津、冀、晋、蒙等省(直辖市、自治区)全域经济社会中密不可分的一个有机组成部分。明代以来大规模林业开发对五台山森林植被的破坏直接导致了其生态环境的巨大变迁。要扭转当前五台山面临的生态现状,不能仅仅停留在孤立的、局部的修修补补,而应以系统的、全面的、战略的视野来进行审视,突出五台山生态修复在晋北乃至于华北生态修复中的全局意义。在经济方面,五台山生态环境的改善不仅对文化旅游业体量、项目的拓展意义重大,而且对工农业生产和人民生活意义巨大。所以,应该进一步就五台山生态修复的问题进行研究,并针对性地制定出相应的战略规划。

The ecological restoration of Wutai mountain is an inseparable organic part of the whole economic society in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Neimeng and other provinces and cities. The destruction of Wutai mountain ecology by large-scale forestry development since Ming dynasty led to the great change of its ecology. In order to reverse the current ecological situation of Wutai mountain, we should not view it from an isolated and partial perspective, but from a systematic, comprehensive and strategic perspective, and highlight the overall significance of ecological restoration of Wutai mountain in north Shanxi and even north China. In terms of economy, the improvement of the ecological environment of Wutai mountain is of great significance to the expansion of cultural tourism volume and projects. Therefore, the importance of the ecological restoration of Wutai mountain should be studied as early as possible, and the corresponding strategic planning should be made accordingly.
