燃气计量流量计的应用及经济性分析

Application and Economical Efficiency Analysis of Gas Metering Flowmeter

考察燃气(重点是天然气)计量流量计的经济性,既要考察它们在设备采购成本和运行维护成本方面的经济性,更要考察它们对于输差的影响。本文针对目前多种燃气计量仪表的特点,首先分析气体超声流量计、涡轮流量计、腰轮流量计和孔板流量计等常见的天然气计量仪表的工作原理、适应范围、各自特点等。接下来,从不同的角度对燃气管网计量输差产生的因素进行解析,分析不同种类流量计对输差可能造成的影响。最后,结合常用流量计类型的自身特点和输差控制,对各类型流量计做出了经济性的分析。

To investigate economy of gas(especially natural gas) metering flowmeters, it is necessary to examine economy in terms of equipment procurement cost and operation and maintenance cost, and effect on transmission error. Aiming at characteristics of many kinds of gas metering instruments at present, the paper firstly analyses working principle, adaptability and respective characteristics of common natural gas metering instruments, including gas ultrasonic flowmeter, turbine flowmeter, waist wheel flowmeter and orifice flowmeter. Then, from different perspectives, the paper analyzes causing factors of metering transmission error of gas pipeline network, and possible effect of different types of flowmeters on transmission error. Finally, combined with characteristics and error control of commonly used flowmeters, it analyses economical efficiency of various types of flowmeters.
