回收质量受努力影响的供应链再制造协调模型

Supply Chain Remanufacturing Coordination Model of Recycling Quality Affected by Efforts

本文考虑了制造商对零售商未销售的产品进行回收再制造的情形,研究了回收质量受努力影响下的供应链协调问题。首先构建了回收质量受努力影响、以及再制造产品的需求受价格影响的函数模型,进而探讨了分散决策下的供应链协调性,并提出了"收益共享+成本共担"机制。研究发现,分散决策下的供应链无法实现协调,而设计的"收益共享+成本共担"机制能够有效的协调供应链,且制造商和零售商的期望利润也将获得双赢。最后,通过算例分析验证了上述结论的正确性。

In this paper,we consider the case of unsold product remanufacturing from retailer’s inventory and study the supply chain coordination problem under the influence of effort on the recovery quality.Firstly,a functional model is constructed to describe how the recovery quality is affected by added effort and the demand of remanufactured products is affected by product price.Then,supply chain coordination under decentralized decision-making is discussed and a mechanism of"cost and revenue sharing"is proposed.It is found that the supply chain under decentralized decision-making cannot achieve coordination and the design of the"cost and revenue sharing"mechanism can effectively coordinate the supply chain,and the expected profits of manufacturer and retailer will reach the win-win situation.Finally,the correctness of the above conclusions is verified by a numerical example.
