风景园林专业校企合作人才培养模式研究与实践——以中南林业科技大学为例

“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的实施,对于促进高等教育面向社会需求培养人才,全面提高人才培养质量具有十分重要的示范和引导作用。校企合作是培养高技能创新人才的最有效途径,本文以中南林业科技大学特色专业风景园林为例,就校企合作人才培养过程中的关键问题,如培养方案的制定、实习实践、人才队伍建设、资源共享、创新创业等开展研究与实践,构建校企长效合作人才培养模式,取得了较好效果。对其他工程教育类专业校企协同培养卓越人才具有重要参考作用。

The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers(PETOE)has a very important demonstration and guidance for higher education meeting the social needs of cultivating talent person and improving the overall quality.School-enterprise cooperation is the most effective way to cultivate highly skilled and innovative talents.This paper taking the case of Landscape Architecture Specialty of Central South University of Forestry and Technology researches and practice on the key issues in the talent cultivation of school-enterprise cooperation,such as schemes of talented person training,practice,talent teams construction,resource sharing,innovation and enterprise,and constructs a long-term talent cultivation pattern.Not only achieves a good result but also it provides reference for other talented person training of landscape architecture.
