精准医疗伦理问题研究

Ethical Issues in Precision Medicine

准确医疗技术作为医疗科技发展的前沿,体现了公众的需求及临床医学发展的要求,是医学科学发展的必然。但与此同时精准医疗发展所带来的伦理问题,同样值得我们重视。研究精准医疗过程中如何贯彻解决知情同意问题,基因技术应用中存在的隐私保护和基因歧视问题,精准医疗以及精准用药开展过程中的社会公平问题。结合国内外精准医疗开展的背景和现状进行讨论,建议完善相应的法律法规,尽快搭建完善的精准医疗伦理学框架,维护科研人员、医务工作者和患者的正当权益。

As the leading edge of medical science and technology development,accurate medical technology reflects the needs of the public and the requirements of clinical medicine development,which is the inevitable development of medical science.However,at the same time,the ethical problems brought by the development of precision medicine have become more and more serious,which also deserves our attention.This paper analyzes how to solve the problem of informed consent in the process of precision medicine,privacy protection and genetic discrimination in the application of gene technology,and social equity in the process of precision medicine and precision medicine.Based on the background and current situation of precision medical treatment at home and abroad,it is suggested to improve the relevant laws and regulations,build a perfect framework of precision medical ethics as soon as possible,and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of scientific researchers,medical workers and patients.
