临床用药安全关系到临床治疗的最终效果,当前临床用药安全问题导致的法律纠纷渐渐增多,逐渐变成医患矛盾又一成因。从临床用药安全的现状出发,分析当前临床用药安全问题的产生原因,探究临床用药安全的法律规制。

The safety of clinical medication is related to the final effect of clinical treatment.At present,the legal disputes caused by the safety of clinical medication are gradually increasing,and gradually become another cause of doctor-patient contradiction.Starting from the current situation of clinical drug use safety,this paper analyzed the causes of current clinical drug use safety problems,and explored the legal regulation of clinical drug use safety.
