新形势下提升医学生职业道德的探析

On Improving Medical Students’ Professional Ethics under the New Situation

当今,医患关系日益紧张,为了缓解紧张的医患关系,医务人员不但要有精湛的医技,还要有高尚的职业道德。医学院校作为培养优秀医学人才的重要阵地,在重视对医学生专业知识教育的同时,还要加强对医学生职业道德的教育,只有这样才能为社会输送德艺双全的医学人才。因此,本文主要论述医学院校医学生职业道德教育存在的问题以及解决的途径,以期改善医德教育,培育医学生的职业精神。

Nowadays,the relationship between doctors and patiens is increasingly tense.In order to ease the tension between doctors and patients,medical staff should not only have superb medical skills,but also have noble professional ethics.As an important position to cultivate excellent medical talents,medical colleges should not only pay attention to the education of medical students’professional knowledge,but also strengthen the education of medical students’professional ethics.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the professional ethics education of medical students,and the solutions,hoping to improve the medical ethics education and cultivate the professional spirit of medical students.
