摘要
在运动医学领域,肌腱相关疾病的治疗目前仍是一项挑战,如何恢复肌腱的正常结构和功能是亟待解决的难题。肌腱干细胞(TDSC)是肌腱组织来源的新型多能干细胞,具有多向分化的潜能,未来有望成为治疗肌腱相关疾病的有力工具。本文综述TDSC的生物学特性、鉴定与培养、分化影响因素、应用及与其他干细胞对比等方面的研究进展,旨在为后续肌腱干细胞的相关基础研究与临床应用提供参考。
In the field of sports medicine,it still exists challenges for the treatment of tendon-related diseases at the present time.How to restore the normal structure and function of tendons is an urgent problem to be solved.Being a new-type pluripotent stem cell,tendon-derived stem cells(TDSC)have the potential of multiple differentiation,so it is expected to be a powerful tool for treating tendon-related diseases.In this paper,the recent researches of TDSC on the biological characteristics,identification and cultivation,factors affecting differentiation,applications and comparisons with other stem cells are reviewed to provide references for the following basic researches and clinical applications related to TDSC.
