腓骨远端撕脱骨折易伴随踝关节扭伤而发生,发病率常被低估,尤其是儿童和老年患者,往往因误诊、漏诊导致骨折不愈合。本文综述腓骨远端撕脱骨折的解剖学及流行病学特征、临床诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗策略等方面的研究进展,旨在为创伤骨科医师提供参考。

Distal fibular avulsion fracture is prone to be accompanied with ankle sprain,and its incidence is often underestimated,especially in children and elderly patients,often leading to non-healing due to missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.This article reviews the research progress of anatomical and epidemiological features,clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis,as well as treatment strategies of distal fibular avulsion fractures,in order to provide references for orthopaedic trauma surgeons.
