摘要
振动信号分析法是带电检测变压器绕组及铁心机械状况的有效手段,但目前现场运行变压器振动特性掌握还不够充分,对不同电压等级变压器振动信号进行统计分析具有重要意义。基于变压器铁心及绕组振动机理的分析,利用所建立的振动测量系统,文中对77台在运电力变压器进行了振动信号测量与统计,电压等级涵盖了110~750 kV,分析了振动信号基频振幅、主频、基频比重以及频谱复杂度等振动参量的变化规律,基于大量现场振动普测数据,得到了不同电压等级变压器振动参量的特征值范围及其概率分布。文中给出了不同电压等级变压器的振动特性,研究结果对于振动信号分析法的现场应用具有指导价值。
The vibration signal analysis method is an effective method for lively detecting mechanical states of transformer’s winding and core. To understand the vibration characteristics of transformers with different voltage levels and analyze their vibration signals,the vibration mechanisms of transformer’s core and winding are analyzed,the vibration signals of 77 power transformers in service are measured by the self-established vibration measurement system,and statistical analysis of the data is carried out. The voltage level of the tested transformers covers from 110 to750 kV. The change rules of the vibration parameters,including fundamental-frequency vibration amplitude,main frequency,fundamental frequency proportion and spectrum complexity,are analyzed. Based on a large number of vibration data measured in the field,the ranges and probability distributions of the vibration parameters for different voltage-level transformers,as well as the vibration characteristics of the transformers,are obtained. This research may offer the guidance for field application of the vibration signal analysis method.
