摘要 储能变电站的建设正迎来高速发展期,研究其噪声特性及控制技术对其项目落地实施具有重要意义。以电池储能变电站为研究对象,对储能变电站内储能升压一体机、电池舱、变压器噪声水平、频谱特性进行了系统测量与分析。测试结果表明,储能升压一体机噪声值最高,投运后达71~87 dB(A),其噪声最大部位位于PCS舱进风口、出风口位置,噪声频谱为典型的PCS噪声频谱,以2.4 kHz及其谐频为主。通过采用低噪声设备、优化储能变电站平面布置、加装降噪装置等措施,可有效降低储能变电站噪声对周边环境的影响。 The construction of energy storage substation is welcoming a period of rapid development.It is of great significance to study its noise characteristics and control technology for the implementation of the project. The noise level and spectrum characteristics of the integrated machine with energy storage and boost,battery compartment and transformer in the energy storage substation are systematically measured and analyzed.The results show that the noise value of the integrated machine with energy storage and boost is the highest,which is 71~87 dB(A)at working condition. The noise of the inlet and outlet of the PCS cabin is bigger than other positions.The typical PCS noise spectrum are mainly 2.4 kHz and its harmonic frequency.Through adopting low noise equipment,optimizing the layout of energy storage substation and installing noise reduction devices,the influence of noise on the surrounding environment of the energy storage substation can be effectively reduced.
