摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、中性粒细胞在呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)毛细支气管炎发病中的作用。方法选取符合RSV毛细支气管炎诊断标准的40例患儿作为观察组,其中观察组又根据lowell评分法分为重度组(10例)和轻度组(30例),以经规范治疗后症状缓解的毛细支气管炎患儿作为恢复期;另选取同期住院的无喘息的病毒性肺炎9例患儿为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组外周血IL-17水平及呼吸道分泌物中的中性粒细胞浓度,对上述数据进行统计学分析。结果轻度组与重度组血清IL-17水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但轻度组与重度组之间血清IL-17水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。轻度组、重度组与对照组3组间的中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞以及其他有核细胞对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻度组(恢复期)、重度组(恢复期)与对照组3组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间对比发现,重度组(恢复期)的中性粒细胞降低、淋巴细胞升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IL-17与中性粒细胞在RSV毛细支气管炎发病中发挥重要作用,可有效改善患者,其中中性粒细胞与病情的严重程度相关,但关于IL-17在疾病轻重分型中尚未发现明显作用。
Objective To discuss the effect of interleukin-17(IL-17)and neutrophile granulocyte on the pathogenesis of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)capillary bronchitis.Methods Forty children with RSV capillary bronchitis treated in Yuexiu District Children's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected.According to Lowell scoring system,children were assigned to severe group(n=10)and mild group(n=30).After standard treatment,the capillary bronchitis children relieved were assigned into recovery group,while 9 non-asthmatic viral pneumonia children were selected as control group.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method was used to detect the peripheral blood IL-17 and neutrophile granulocyte concentrations in the respiratory secretions.Results The serum IL-17 contents in mild group and severe group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between mild group and severe group(P>0.05).There were significant differences in neutrophile granulocyte,lymphocyte and other karyocyte concentrations among mild group,severe group and control group;so were among mild group(recovery phase),severe group(recovery phase)and control group(P<0.05).Compared with patients at recovery phase,the neutrophile granulocyte concentrations in mild group and severe group were reduced while the lymphocyte and other karyocyte concentrations were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The IL-17 and neutrophile granulocyte concentrations play key roles in the pathogenesis of RSV and capillary bronchitis.The neutrophile granulocyte concentrations are correlated with the severity.However,IL-17 content has no obvious effect on the illness classification.
