房颤患者射频消融前焦虑状态调查与健康行为干预分析

The preoperative anxiety investigation and health behavior intervention for patients with atrial fibrillation for radiofrequency ablation

目的探究房颤患者射频消融术前焦虑状态与健康行为干预的相关性,并给予相应的健康行为干预方法。方法选择2016年10月至2017年6月就诊的105例拟行射频消融术的房颤患者,采用焦虑自评量表进行术前调查。将焦虑标准分与国内常模进行统计学比较,并运用统计学分析焦虑状态与健康行为干预的相关性。结果105例拟行射频消融术的房颤患者中,在术前没有出现焦虑症状患者75例,有轻度焦虑症状患者22例,中度焦虑症状患者5例,重度焦虑症状患者3例。拟行射频消融术的房颤患者的焦虑标准分为(47.24±8.72)分,国内常模的焦虑标准分是(28.83±1.36)分,前者高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康行为能力的评分总共为(34.90±8.68)分,国内常模健康行为能力评分总共是(33.86±2.62)分,前者高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。房颤患者射频消融术前焦虑状态与健康行为能力呈显著负相关(r=-0.512,P<0.01),与其各维度(营养能力、运动能力、心理安适能力、健康责任能力)也呈显著负相关(r=-0.325、-0.368、-0.472、-0.526,均P<0.01)。结论拟行射频消融术的房颤患者术前出现不同程度的焦虑状态,对其进行健康行为干预有利于缓解拟行射频消融术的房颤患者术前焦虑的状态,减少心理压力,保证患者顺利进行手术。

Objective To investigate the correlation between preoperative radiofrequency ablation anxiety and health behavior intervention in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF),and to give corresponding health behavior intervention methods.Methods Totally 105 patients with atrial fibrillation in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from October 2016 to June2017 were enrolled.An anxiety self-rating scale were applied before radiofrequency ablation.The general data were collected,and the statistical standard of anxiety was compared with the national norm.The statistical analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between anxiety state and health behavior intervention.Results The anxiety of patients with AF undergoing radiofrequency ablation were significantly higher than the national standard norm.The scores of health behavioral ability was significantly higher than the total score of normative health behavioral ability.There was a significantly negative correlation between the preoperative anxiety and the health behavior intervention ability in AF patients,and there were significantly negative correlations with their dimensions.Conclusion Patients with AF who are scheduled to undergo radiofrequency ablation have different degrees of anxiety before operation.Healthy behavior interventions are beneficial to alleviate the state of preoperative anxiety and reduce psychological stress.
