结肠癌致肠梗阻的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Intestinal Obstruction Caused by Colon Cancer

目的探寻结肠癌致肠梗阻患者临床有效的诊断方法。方法从我院2018年治疗的结肠癌致肠梗阻患者中随机抽取120例,采取双盲筛选法将其均分为对照组与研究组,对照组接受X线检查,研究组接受CT检查,对比两组诊断结果。结果研究组诊断准确率、直接征象和间接征象显示率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上,我们应首选CT检查方法,以此来迅速、准确地诊断疾病,更好地指导手术。

Objective To explore an effective clinical diagnosis method for intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer. Methods 120 patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer treated in our hospital in 2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group and research group by double blind screening method. The control group received X-ray examination, the research group received CT examination, and the diagnostic results were compared between the two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy, direct and indirect signs of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In clinic, we should choose CT examination as the first method to diagnose diseases quickly and accurately and to guide the operation better.
