摘要
我国公立医院移动支付平台目前正处于快速发展阶段,大型医院的支付方式目前主要是面对面交易,窗口和自助机虽然能扫二维码缴费,缴费与结算时仍需排队,手机端应用虽然已经普及,减少了患者排队时间,但是使用率不高,功能相对单一,仍受到单一渠道的限制。本文通过介绍赤峰学院附属医院实现的前端服务体系+集成平台直连+财务总后台管控的初步全流程智能化移动端综合支付平台项目,探讨根据新技术优化现有就医模式、就医流程的智慧医院移动端综合支付平台的构建与应用。
China’s public hospital mobile payment platform is currently in a rapid development stage. The payment methods of large-scale hospitals are mainly face-to-face transactions. Although the window and the selfservice machine can scan the two-dimensional code, they still need to queue up for payment and settlement. Although mobile phone have become popular, reducing patient queuing time, but the use rate is not high, the function is relatively single still limited by a single channel. This paper introduces the project of Intelligent Mobile Integrated Payment Platform, which is implemented by the Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University. It also discusses the construction and application of intelligent hospital mobile integrated payment platform, which optimizes the existing medical mode and process according to the new technology.
