健康教育对食管癌术后进食后咳嗽护理的临床应用

Clinical Application of Health Education in Post-feeding Cough Nursing for Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨有效的健康教育对食管癌术后进食后咳嗽护理的临床应用。方法在我院胸外科手术治疗食管癌病患者抽出40例患者开展研究,随机分成常规组和对照组各20例,按常规宣教,发放疾病宣教资料和常规止咳教育,对观察组实行宣教、评价、督促执行的有效健康教育,比较两组患者饮食管理的依从性、咳嗽的发生率和发生咳嗽影响睡眠的发生率。结果患者饮食管理的依从性,对照组依从性50%,观察组为90%;对照组咳嗽的发生率为75%(15/20),观察组咳嗽的发生率30%(6/20);发生咳嗽并影响睡眠的发生率对照组50%(10/20),观察组咳嗽并影响睡眠的发生率10%(2/20),比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论有效的健康教育落实到病人具体的护理过程中,能够有效减少食管癌术后进食后咳嗽和咳嗽影响睡眠的发生率,提高饮食管理的依从性,缩短平均住院日,提高患者生存质量,临床效果良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of effective health education for post feeding cough nursing after esophageal cancer. Methods Forty patients with esophageal cancer were selected for thoracic surgery in our hospital to conduct research. They were randomly divided into routine group and control group with 20 cases in each group. Dissemination of disease propaganda materials and routine cough relief education according to routine propaganda and education. The observation group was taught, evaluated, and supervised to carry out effective health education, and the compliance of diet management, cough incidence rate and incidence of cough affecting sleep were compared between the two groups. Results Compliance of patients’ diet management, 50% compliance in the control group, 90% in the observation group;75% incidence of cough in the control group(15/20). The incidence of cough in the observation group was 30 %(6/20). And the incidence of cough affecting sleep was 50%(10/20) in the control group, and the incidence of cough affecting sleep in the observation group was 10%(2/20). There are significant differences in the comparison(P<0.05). Conclusion Effective health education and implementation in patients’ specific nursing process can effectively reduce the incidence of post-operative cough and cough affecting sleep, improve the compliance of diet management, and shorten the average length of hospitalization. Improve the quality of life of patients, clinical effect is good.
