腹腔镜下右半结肠癌全结肠系膜切除术的临床研究

Clinical Study of Laparoscopic Total Mesocolic Resection for Right Colon Cancer

目的研究分析腹腔镜下右半结肠癌腹腔镜全结肠系膜切除术的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月在我院接受右半结肠癌腹腔镜全结肠系膜切除术患者80例,按照奇偶数分组法分为对照组及观察组,每组各40例。给予观察组腹腔镜手术,给予对照组开腹手术,观察对比两组手术的安全性及治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及疼痛评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;两组患者的并发症情况无明显差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论腹腔镜下右半结肠癌腹腔镜全结肠系膜切除术的临床效果较为显著,可最大程度降低患者的手术疼痛感,较好地提高了患者的生活质量,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic total mesocolic resection for right colon cancer. Methods Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic total mesocolic resection for right colon cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to odd and even number, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given laparoscopic surgery and the control group was given laparotomy. The safety and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospitalization time and pain score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant;there was no significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05), and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion Laparoscopic total mesocolic resection for right colon cancer has a significant clinical effect. It can reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
