PDCA循环护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中的应用

Application of PDCA Circulation Nursing in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Stage

目的探讨PDCA循环护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年6月在我院收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施PDCA循环护理,比较6个月后两组患者自我护理能力测量表(ESCA)和生活质量评估量表(QOL)得分情况。结果观察组患者自我护理技能、健康知识水平得分明显高于对照组,观察组QOL评分总均分、日常生活及焦虑得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者应用PDCA循环护理可以显著提高患者自我护理能力,改善生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of PDCA circulatory nursing in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine continuous nursing, while the observation group received PDCA cycle nursing. The scores of self-care ability scale(ESCA) and quality of life scale(QOL) were compared between the two groups after 6 months. Results The total score of self-care ability in the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05), and the scores of self-care skills and health knowledge were higher than those in the control group. The total average score of QOL, daily life and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle nursing for patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve their selfcare ability and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
