饮食干预在缺血性脑卒中血糖异常患者中的应用研究

摘要 目的研究缺血性脑卒中合并血糖异常患者应用饮食干预的效果及临床价值。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年1月收治的80例缺血性脑卒中合并血糖异常患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加饮食干预。对比两组患者干预前后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平值的变化情况。结果干预前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平均无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者上述指标均显著低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论给予缺血性脑卒中合并血糖异常患者在常规护理下增加饮食干预,可有效稳定患者血糖水平,提高患者治疗效果,促进预后康复。 Objective To study the effect and clinical value of dietary intervention in patients with ischemic stroke and abnormal blood sugar. Methods 80 patients with ischemic stroke complicated with abnormal blood sugar were selected from March 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given dietary intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The changes of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in fasting blood sugar, 2 h postprandial blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Adding dietary intervention to patients with ischemic stroke complicated with abnormal blood sugar under routine nursing can effectively stabilize blood sugar level, improve treatment effect and promote prognosis recovery.
