普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Pranoprofen Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Dry Eye after Cataract Surgery

目的分析普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2016年3月至2019年3月收治的62例白内障手术治疗患者,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组(31例)与对照组(31例),给予对照组患者玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,在对照组患者治疗方式的基础上,采用普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠对观察组患者进行治疗。对比两组患者经过治疗后的干眼症状态评估(SPEED)评分、临床效果。结果治疗前两组患者SPEED评分差异较小,P>0.05;治疗后观察组患者的SPEED评分显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05;观察组患者经过治疗后的临床效果显著高于对照组患者,P<0.05;观察组患者经过治疗后的生活质量显著高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论白内障患者在进行手术治疗后采用普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠进行治疗能够显著提高对干眼症的疗效,极大的提高了患者的生活质量,值得广泛推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery. Methods Sixty-two patients with cataract surgery who underwent surgery from March 2016 to March 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(31 cases) and control group(31 cases). The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops. On the basis of the treatment mode of the control group, the patients in the observation group were treated with pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate. The dry eye symptom state assessment(SPEED) score and clinical effect after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was little difference in SPEED score between the two groups, P>0.05. After treatment, the SPEED score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group P<0.05;the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group P<0.05;the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group P<0.05. Conclusion The treatment of cataract patients with pranoprofen combined with sodium sulphate can significantly improve the efficacy of dry eye syndrome and greatly improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of widespread use.
