探讨输尿管软镜治疗肾结石近期临床效果及对肾功能的影响

To Investigate the Short-term Vlinical Effect of Flexible Ureteroscope in the Treatment of Renal Calculi and Its Effect on Renal Function

目的观察肾结石应用输尿管软镜治疗的近期临床效果,探讨其对肾功能的影响。方法研究对象选取进行输尿管软镜治疗的肾结石患者58例,设为观察组;取同期进行肾镜碎石治疗的肾结石患者50例,设为对照组。观察并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者采用输尿管软镜治疗肾结石清除时间短于对照组,肾结石清除率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术中平均失血量与住院天数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较治疗期间并发症发生率,对照组高于观察组,两组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾结石患者采用输尿管软镜治疗临床效果确切,可显著缩短结石清除时间、提高清除率,且具有失血量少、术后恢复快、并发症少等诸多优势,有利于减小对患者肾功能的影响,值得广泛应用。

Objective To observe the short-term clinical effect of flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of renal calculi and to explore its effect on renal function. Methods Fifty-eight cases of renal calculi treated by flexible ureteroscope were selected as observation group, and 50 patients with renal calculi who underwent nephrolithotripsy at the same time were selected as the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The clearance time of renal calculi treated by flexible ureteroscope in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the clearance rate of renal calculi was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the average blood loss and hospitalization days in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications during the treatment period was higher in the control group than that in the observation group, and the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Soft ureteroscope is effective in the treatment of renal calculi. It can significantly shorten the stone clearance time and improve the clearance rate. It has many advantages, such as less blood loss, faster recovery and fewer complications. It is conducive to reducing the impact on renal function of patients. It is worthy of wide application.
