摘要
目的分析小儿无痛胃肠镜术前准备与术中护理配合的治疗效果。方法将100例患儿均分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础之上进行加强术前准备和术中护理配合,对比两组患儿并发症的发生率。结果干预组患儿并发症的发生率明显低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论小儿无痛胃肠镜术前准备与术中护理配合的治疗效果显著,能降低患儿并发症的发生率,提高诊治效果。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of preoperative preparation and intraoperative nursing cooperation for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in children. Methods 100 cases of children were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, and the intervention group strengthened preoperative preparation and intraoperative nursing cooperation on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative preparation of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in children with intraoperative nursing cooperation has significant therapeutic effect, can reduce the incidence of complications in children, improve the diagnosis and treatment effect.
