比较双镜联合保胆取石与腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床疗效

To Compare the Clinical Efficacy of Double-mirror Cholecystolithotomy and Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Gallstones

目的对双镜联合保胆取石与腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床疗效进行分析。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在我院接受治疗的25例胆结石患者作为本次研究的对象,并根据治疗方法的不同对所有患者进行随机分组,可分为对照组(13例,采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术)和观察组(12例,采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术),同时对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比,并加以分析。结果对两组不同手术方法进行对比后,可看到观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,其手术时间、术中出血量和术后恢复时间均显著低于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组患者的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对胆结石患者进行治疗时,可采用双镜联合保胆取石术进行治疗,其临床治疗效果更好,其手术时间与术后恢复时间更短,同时术中出血量更少,并且相关并发症发生率更低,具有较高的临床使用价值与推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of double-mirror cholecystectomy combined with cholecystolithotomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones. Methods Twenty-five patients with gallstones treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the different treatment methods, all patients were randomly divided into control group(13 cases were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy) and observation group(12 cases were treated with laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopic cholelithotripsy). At the same time, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After comparing the different surgical methods of the two groups, we can see that the clinical curative effect of the observation group is obviously better than that of the control group. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and recovery time of the two groups are significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group is significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant Significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with gallstones, doubleendoscopy combined with gallstone-preserving surgery can be used. Its clinical effect is better, its operation time and recovery time are shorter, and the amount of bleeding during operation is less, and the incidence of related complications is lower. It has higher clinical value and popularization value.
