延续护理对脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者生活质量及负性情绪的影响分析

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Quality of Life and Negative Emotion of Spinal Fracture Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

目的分析延续护理对于脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者生活质量以及负性情绪的影响。方法选取我院于2017年11月至2018年11月收治的脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者90例,将其按照不同护理方式均分为研究组(45例,采用延续护理)和对照组(45例,采用常规护理)。观察两组患者在护理后其生活质量以及心理情绪情况。结果 (1)两组患者生活质量比较:研究组患者生活优质率远高于对照组,且两组间差异显著(P<0.05);(2)两组患者焦虑评分比较:研究组患者SAS评分远低于对照组,且两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论使用延续护理可提升脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者的生活质量,并减少患者焦虑情绪,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life and negative emotions of patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury. Methods Ninety patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were divided into study group(45 cases, continuous nursing) and control group(45 cases, routine nursing). The quality of life and psychological and emotional state of the two groups were observed after nursing. Results(1) The quality of life of the two groups were compared: the quality of life rate of the study group was much higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);(2) Comparison of anxiety scores between the two groups: SAS scores in the study group were much lower than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the quality of life of patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury, and reduce the anxiety of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
