正畸与修复联合治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Combined Orthodontic and Prosthetic Treatment for Congenital Missing Teeth

目的分析评价正畸与修复联合治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果。方法选取我院于2015年8月至2017年8月收治的先天性缺牙患者48例,将其根据不同治疗方式均分为研究组(24例,采用正畸与修复联合治疗)和对照组(24例,仅采用正畸治疗)。观察比较两组患者治疗后治疗效果以及咀嚼功能、语言功能评价。结果治疗后研究组患者治疗有效率远高于对照组患者,且前者咀嚼功能、语言功能评分远高于后者,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用正畸与修复联合治疗先天性缺牙可显著提升治疗有效率,并提高患者语言与咀嚼功能,整体治疗效果较好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of combined orthodontic and prosthetic treatment for congenital missing teeth. Methods Forty-eight patients with congenital missing teeth admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected. They were divided into study group(24 cases treated with combined orthodontic and prosthetic treatment) and control group(24 cases treated only with orthodontic treatment) according to different treatment methods. The therapeutic effects and the chewing function and language function evaluation of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the treatment efficiency of the study group was much higher than that of the control group, and the chewing function and language function score of the former were much higher than the latter. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of orthodontics and prosthetic treatment for congenital missing teeth can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, and improve the language and chewing function of patients. The overall treatment effect is good, which is worthy of clinical application.
