基于掌上超声定位的桡动脉穿刺置管探究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析掌上超声定位引导桡动脉穿刺置管的价值。方法选取2016年6月至2018年12月本院收治的128例桡动脉穿刺置管患者,比较对照组(n=64,触摸法定位)和观察组(n=64,超声定位桡动脉)患者的穿刺成功情况、穿刺时间、穿刺次数及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组一次性穿刺成功率(81.25%)、穿刺次数≤3次者比例(98.44%)高于对照组的(51.56%)和(76.56%)(P<0.05);观察组穿刺次数少于对照组,穿刺时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率(4.69%)低于对照组(18.75%)(P<0.05)。结论掌上超声定位引导桡动脉穿刺置管成功率高,安全性好。 Objective To analyze value of palmar ultrasonography in guiding radial artery puncture and catheterization. Methods Choose 128 cases radial artery puncture and catheterization patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2018. Compare puncture success, puncture time, puncture times and adverse events of control group(n =64, touch positioning) and observation group(n =64, ultrasound positioning of radial artery). Results One-time success rate of puncture(81.25%) and proportion of puncture times≤ 3 times(98.44%) in observation group was higher than control group(51.56%) and(76.56%),(P<0.05);puncture times of observation group were less than control group(P<0.05);adverse event incidence of observation group(4.69%) was lower than control group(18.75%),(P<0.05). Conclusion Radial artery puncture and catheterization guided by palmar ultrasound has high success rate and good safety.
