摘要
岗位设置管理为医疗卫生事业单位人事制度改革的重要内容,是医疗卫生事业单位自身发展的需要,也是目前众多公立医院管理部门亟待面对的重要问题。本文通过文献分析、问卷调查以及访谈方法,对于以岗位设置管理为基点的人才管理的现状、意义、面临的主要问题、实施的要求和实施过程中应重点关注的问题进行了总结。旨在为公立医院管理部门和岗位设置改革的实施以及相关工作的开展提供思路和依据。
Position setting management is an important part of personnel system reform in medical and health institutions, and need of development of medical and health institutions themselves, and also an urgent important problem for many public hospital management departments. Based on literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, the paper summarizes current situation, significance, main problems, implementation requirements and key issues of talent management based on post setting management, to provide ideas and basis for implementation of public hospital management department and post setting reform and development of related work.
