摘要
目的观察药师开展药学服务对降低用药不良反应的效果。方法研究时间以2017年1月至2018年12月为准,随机选择此时间段内在我院就诊的3410名病人为观察对象。我院于2018年1月开始实施药师药学服务,对比实施实施前后病人用药不良反应发生情况,患者投诉率。结果实施前1700名患者出现用药不良反应的有82例,发生率为4.82%;实施后1710名患者出现用药不良反应的有53例,发生率为3.10%;实施后显著低于实施前,P<0.05。同时,回顾患者病历资料得到,实施后患者投诉率1.52%明显低于实施前2.59%,P<0.05。结论开展药学服务可显著减少用药不良反应,促进合理用药,有利于提高患者满意度,保障医院医疗服务质量。
Objective To observe effect of pharmaceutical service of pharmacists on reducing adverse drug reactions. Methods Choose 3410 patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 randomly as observation objects. Carry on pharmacist pharmaceutical service in January 2018 in our hospital. Compare adverse drug reactions and complaint rate of patients before and after implementation. Results 82 cases out of 1700 showed adverse drug reactions(with incidence of 4.82%) before implementation, 53 cases out of 1710 had adverse drug reactions(with incidence of 3.10%) after implementation, which was significantly lower than before(P<0.05). At the same time, review medical records data of patients showed complaint rate was 1.52% after implementation, significantly lower than 2.59% of before implementation,(P<0.05). Conclusion Pharmaceutical service can reduce adverse drug reactions significantly, promote rational drug applicaiton, improve satisfaction degree of patients and guarantee quality of hospital medical services.
