地屈孕酮治疗习惯性流产孕妇的临床疗效及妊娠结局影响的疗效观察

Clinical Effect and Pregnancy Outcome Observation of Desdrogesterone in Treatment of Habitual Abortion Pregnant Women

目的分析习惯性流产孕妇采用地屈孕酮的临床效果以及妊娠结局。方法选入我院于2016年8月至2017年9月所收治的习惯性流产孕妇100例,以随机数字表法的形式将其平均分为实验组和参照组,每组各为50例。参照组行黄体酮治疗,实验组行地屈孕酮治疗,对比两组患者孕激素诱导的阻断因子及绒毛膜促性腺激素,妊娠结果。结果①实验组孕激素诱导的阻断因子及绒毛膜促性腺激素高于参照组,两组间存在差异(P<0.05)。②实验组的流产为8.0%明显低于参照组的12%,保胎成功的概率为92%大于参照组的76%,两组间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论对于习惯性流产孕妇实施地屈孕酮治疗,能够提高患者的孕激素诱导的阻断因子及绒毛膜促性腺激素水平,提高保胎成功率,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze clinical curative effect and pregnancy outcome of didrogesterone on pregnant women with habitual abortion. Methods Choose 100 cases pregnant women with habitual abortion admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to September 2017, divide them into experimental group and reference group with random digital table method, 50 cases in each group. Control group was treated with progesterone, while experimental group with didrogesterone. Compare progesterone-induced blocking factors, chorionic gonadotropin level and pregnancy outcomes between two groups. Results ① Progesterone-induced blocking factors and chorionic gonadotropin level in experimental group were higher than control group, with differences between two groups(P<0.05). ② Abortion rate 8.0% of experimental group was lower than 12% of control group, probability of successful fetal protection 92%, was higher than 76% of control group, with difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Didrogesterone can improve progesterone-induced blocking factors and chorionic gonadotropin level of pregnant women with habitual abortion, and improve success rate of fetal protection, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
