早期护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能锻炼的效果观察

Effect Observation of Early Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Limbs Functional Exercise of Breast Cancer patients

目的分析早期护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能锻炼的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年2月间我院收治的乳腺癌患者78例作为本次研究对象,根据护理方式的不同对其进行分组对比,一组为参照组(采取常规护理干预),一组为早期组(采取早期护理干预),每组各39例。对两组术后功能锻炼依从性以及术后一周、术后两周的自理能力比较。结果早期组患者术后一周以及两周的自理能力均优于参照组,且锻炼依从性对比参照组具有显著差异,P<0.05,统计学意义显著。结论早期护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能锻炼依从性较好,还可有效提高患者的自理能力,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze effect of early nursing intervention on postoperative limbs functional exercise of breast cancer patients. Methods Choose 78 cases breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 as research objects. Divide them into two groups according to different nursing methods, one was reference group(routine nursing intervention), the other was early nursing group(early nursing intervention), 39 cases in each group. Compare functional exercise compliance after operation and self-control ability one and two weeks after operation between two groups. Results Self-care ability of early nursing group one and two weeks after operation was better than that of control group, and exercise compliance was significantly different from control group, with statistical significance,(P<0.05). Conclusion Early nursing intervention has good compliance with limbs functional exercise after operation for breast cancer patients, can improve self-care ability effectively, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
