细节优质护理在抑郁症患者中的应用效果及护理满意度分析

Application Effect and Nursing Satisfaction Analysis of Detailed and Quality Nursing on Depression Patients

目的分析在抑郁症患者中使用细节优质护理的护理满意度以及应用效果。方法选取2017年4月12日至2019年5月21日患有抑郁症的患者58例,将其划分为对照组29例与细节组29例。对照组实施传统护理,细节组实施袭击优质护理。分析两组患者护理满意度以及抑郁改善情况、社会功能缺陷情况。结果细节组患者社会功能缺陷以及抑郁情况改善程度优于对照组,且细节组患者对护理的满意度也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在抑郁症患者中使用细节优质护理的应用效果较满意,值得推广。

Objective To analyze nursing satisfaction and application effect of detailed and quality nursing on depression patients. Methods Choose 58 cases depression patients from April 12, 2017 to May 21, 2019, divide them into control group(29 cases) and detail group(29 cases). Control group received traditional nursing, while detail group received quality nursing. Analyze nursing satisfaction, depression improvement and social function deficiency of two groups. Results Improvement of social function defect and depression in detail group was better than control group, nursing satisfaction degree of detail group was higher than control group, difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Detailed and quality nursing has ideal effect on depression patients, which is worthy of promotion.
