探讨护理风险管理在肿瘤内科护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect Exploration of Nursing Risk Management in Nursing Management of Oncology Department

目的探讨护理风险管理在肿瘤内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年2月我院82例肿瘤内科患者为研究对象,依据奇数偶数分配原则分为两组,对照组用常规管理,观察组用护理风险管理,对比两组情况。结果观察组患者满意度为97.56%,高于对照组的78.08%,观察组所取得护理风险事件发生率数值2.44%、护理投诉率数值0.00%低于对照组数值9.76%和4.88%,所取得护理质量评分、满意度评分数值高于对照组数值,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。观察组的SRHMS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在肿瘤内科护理管理中的应用效果显著,值得应用。

Objective To explore applicaiton effect of nursing risk management in nursing management of oncology department. Methods Choose 82 cases cancer patients in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 as research objects. According to odd even number distribution principle, divide them into two groups. Control group was treated with routine management, while observation group with nursing risk management. Compare situation of two groups. Results Satisfaction degree of observation group was 97.56%, higher than 78.08% of control group. Nursing risk events incidence of observation group was 2.44%, and nursing complaint rate was 0.00%, lower than 9.76% and 4.88% of control group. Nursing quality scores and satisfaction degree were higher than control group, with statistical significance,(P<0.05). SRHMS scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management has significant effect in nursing management of oncology department, which is worthy of applicaiton.
