综合护理措施对高血压脑出血患者实施微创手术的护理效果评价

Nursing Effect Evaluation of Comprehensive Nursing Measures on Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Patients with Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的评价综合护理措施对高血压脑出血患者实施微创手术的护理效果。方法从本院2018年1月至2019年1月接受的高血压脑出血患者中,抽取142例,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,均71例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,观察两组患者康复情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者康复情况以及护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在高血压脑出血患者微创手术治疗期间实施综合护理措施可有效改善患者康复情况,提高满意度。

Objective To evaluate nursing effect of comprehensive nursing measures on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery. Methods Choose 142 cases hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients from January 2018 to January 2019, and divide them into control group and observation group randomly, 71 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine nursing, while observation group with comprehensive nursing. Observe rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of two groups. Results Rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly better than control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures can improve rehabilitation and satisfaction of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients effectively during minimally invasive surgery.
