阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation on Azithromycin Sequential Treatment for Mycoplasma Pneumoniae in Children

目的探讨阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法 70例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,予以分组探讨,即常规组(红霉素序贯治疗)、研究组(阿奇霉素序贯治疗)各35例。结果研究组咳嗽减轻时间、高热消退时间、肺部啰音消退时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应少于常规组(p<0.05);研究组临床疗效高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,临床用阿奇霉素序贯治疗的效果更好,可有效预防不良反应,快速减轻患儿临床症状,值得在临床中大力推荐。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Azithromycin sequential treatment on mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods Divide 70 cases mycoplasma pneumoniae children into routine group(sequential treatment of erythromycin) and research group(sequential treatment of azithromycin), 35 cases in each group. Results Cough relief time, fever subsidence time and lung rale subsidence time in study group was shorter than routine group(P<0.05);adverse reactions in study group were less than routine group(P<0.05);and clinical effect in study group was higher than routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin sequential treatment has good effect on mycoplasma pneumoniae children, can prevent adverse reactions effectively and relieve clinical symptoms quickly, which is worthy recommending in clinical practice.
