探究个性化心理护理对老年全麻手术患者、家属产生的影响

Effect Exploration of Individualized Psychological Nursing on Elderly General Anesthesia Patients and Their Families

目的本文主要对个性化心理护理应用在老年全麻手术患者护理中对患者、家属产生的影响。方法选择本院2016年1月至2018年12月收治200例老年全麻患者纳入本次研究之内,对照组100例患者接受常规基础护理干预,干预组100例患者接受个性化心理护理干预,对患者护理效果展开分析。结果干预组在本次研究之中患者、家属护理满意度、手术配合度明显优于对照组,家属焦虑评分明显低于对照组,组间结果对比存有相应的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年全麻患者接受个性化心理护理,可保障患者取得良好的治疗效果,可改善患者的负面情绪,进而保障护理满意度的提升,值得推广。

Objective Article mainly focuses on effect of individualized psychological nursing on nursing of elderly general anesthesia patients and their family. Methods Choose 200 cases elderly general anesthesia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 in the study. 100 cases in control group received routine basic nursing intervention, and 100 cases in intervention group received personalized psychological nursing intervention. Analyze nursing effect of two groups. Results Nursing satisfaction and operation cooperation degree of patients and family members in intervention group was significantly better than control group. Anxiety scores of family members were significantly lower than control group, with corresponding statistical significance between two groups,(P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized psychological nursing can ensure good curative effect of elderly general anesthesia patients, improve their negative emotions, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
