观察缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效

Clinical Effect Observation of Valsartan Combined with Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Essential Hypertension

目的在治疗原发性高血压的时候使用缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片的方式,并观察其临床效果。方法选择本院在2018年2月至2019年2月就诊的124位患者作为本次的研究对象,并依照随机分配的原则将其分为观察组和常规组,每组人数62人。其中给观察组使用这两种药物联合治疗的方式,给常规组患者仅仅使用硝苯地平控释片进行治疗,最后比较两组的治疗效果以及血压等方面的变化情况。结果通过比对分析之后能够发现观察组患者的治疗总有效率达到了(93.55%),明显优于常规组的(70.97%),其差异具有一定的统计学意义(P<0.05);另外观察组患者的收缩压、心率、舒张压等治疗之后明显优于常规组,其差异具有一定的统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率(6.45%)也要明显低于常规组的(16.13%),其差异具有一定的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗原发性高血压的过程中使用缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片联合治疗的方式能够有效控制血压水平,减缓心率,可以进行推广应用。

Objective To observe clinical effect of valsartan combined with gamma in treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Choose 124 patients treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 as study subjects. According to random allocation principle, divide them into observation group and routine group, 62 cases in each group. Among them, observation group was treated with combination of two drugs, and routine group with nifedipine controlled release tablets only. Compare curative effect and blood pressure of two groups. Results After comparative analysis, total effective rate of observation group was 93.55%, significantly better than routine group(70.97%). Difference was statistically significant to some extent,(P<0.05). In addition, systolic blood pressure, heart rate and diastolic blood pressure of observation group was significantly better than routine group, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Adverse reactions incidence of observation group(6.45%) was significantly lower than routine group(16.13%). Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of valsartan and nifedipine controlled release tablets can control blood pressure and slow down heart rate of essential hypertension patients effectively, which is worthy of wide promotion and application.
